Its employee self-service feature allows staff to check their payslips, leave balances, and attendance records on their own, reducing the HR team's workload. The platform is user-friendly, highly automated, and reliable, making factoHR a great choice for businesses.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I find frustrating about factoHR is the lack of customization options. Also, updating employee salaries feels time-consuming
