What are the best aspects of this product?

factoHR helps to track employees' Attendance and Leave Regularly. Employees can also apply for leaves using the system even at a remote location. The software helps to calculate payroll and automatically calculates Taxes as well. Majorly it helps to know every employee's performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

UI/UX should need to be improved. Overall, since I am using this software I could not find any issues with this software
