What are the best aspects of this product?
Overall, it’s been a great and easy experience. Requesting leave used to be a headache with other software, but factoHR has made it quick and simple. It’s a huge time-saver and stress-buster! Definitely recommend!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m not entirely sure, but I think the UI and UX for the web version could use a little improvement.
