What are the best aspects of this product?

First and foremost, factoHR stands out with its sleek and intuitive interface, making it much easier to navigate compared to other outdated HR and payroll platforms. This immediately gives me confidence that it’s a trustworthy tool I can rely on, and it makes me feel like my company is using modern, up-to-date technology.

As a project manager, factoHR simplifies the employee onboarding process, saving time and reducing errors. I went from dreading new employee onboarding to actually enjoying it.

Another part of my role involves managing and tracking time-off requests, and factoHR makes this process seamless. As an employee, submitting time off is simple and clear. As a manager, approving requests is just as easy.

Lastly, factoHR is incredibly versatile. Its integration of payroll, HR, IT, and other tools eliminates the need to juggle multiple platforms, making everything easier to manage in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I haven’t had any major issues with factoHR. It delivers on its promises and has made managing HR tasks much easier. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and helps streamline various processes like payroll, attendance, and performance management.
