What are the best aspects of this product?
We’ve been using factoHR for about 3 months now, and it’s been a great experience. The team is very hands-on with the setup and provides excellent training to help you get familiar with the product. We processed our first payroll, and it went smoothly!
The tool is really easy to use, and the setup guidance for the admin team is fantastic. They walk you through everything step by step and ensure you know where to find the answers to any questions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We haven’t faced any significant problems with the software so far
