factoHR has a lot of great features that are really helpful for HR professionals, including attendance tracking, performance management, geo-fencing, a chatbot, and a simple dashboard. This software truly makes the work of the HR department much easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There were some technical issues earlier, but the customer support team has since resolved them."
