What are the best aspects of this product?

factoHR is an all-in-one employee tracking tool that helps manage everything related to employee management. Our organization has adopted factoHR, and I've been using it for quite some time. It has many great features, but here are a few I really like:

Every morning, I get a notification about who has a birthday or work anniversary that day.

It provides a clear leave summary.

It helps with financial details like salary management and tax calculations.

If I need to raise a ticket for any department, I can do that through factoHR, and I can easily download salary slips and check details for any employee in the organization. Overall, it's a comprehensive software tool that makes HR work much easier

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've had a few issues navigating the website on my mobile, but other than that, everything has been fantastic
