What are the best aspects of this product?
With factoHR, our employees can easily access their HR and payroll data right on an app. They can manage their own updates, making everything super convenient. Onboarding is a piece of cake, posting jobs is smooth sailing, and managing payroll is as easy as pie. It's like having HR magic at your fingertips
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have any major complaints. Like any system, there's always room for improvement, but I trust the factoHR team. They're always updating the platform and adding new features, which shows their commitment to continuous improvement.
