What are the best aspects of this product?

factoHR offers an easy platform to manage all your HR tasks. When you log in, you’ll see a dashboard with important details about your team, such as attendance, time-off requests, and upcoming performance reviews.

To handle payroll, just go to the payroll section to review employee salaries, manage deductions, and create pay stubs. The attendance system helps you track hours worked and approve time-off requests easily.

For performance management, you can set goals, assign tasks, and provide feedback through the evaluation tool. It also lets you schedule reviews and track employee progress over time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While it’s a great tool overall, some features could be a bit more intuitive, especially for new users

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In future versions, it would be nice to have more tools for managing projects, better integration with other apps, and more ways to customize the employee dashboard. Also, having extra reporting features for HR data would be useful for tracking performance and trends.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

factoHR solved many issues for us. Payroll and attendance are now easy to manage, with fewer mistakes and less time spent. Tracking leaves and hours is simple, and all employee data is in one place. It makes our HR work faster and easier.
