What are the best aspects of this product?
Before factoHR, we were relying on consulting services to manage process automation, which brought many challenges in employee information documentation, payroll, and leave management. Today, we are really satisfied with the solution provided for payroll and leave management. The support is excellent, too. As a professional, I find factoHR easy to use and reliable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A downside of factoHR is its learning curve, slow report generation with limited customization, and challenges with third-party integrations like biometric systems. Support issues may also lead to inconvenient weekend calls.
