What are the best aspects of this product?
This software offers a great, user-friendly interface with all the features you need in one place. From implementation to support, the factoHR team is highly professional and deeply knowledgeable about the product. It also comes with integration features like biometric systems, LMS, resume parsing, and more.
We’ve been using it for 3 years, and it’s by far the best HRMS software we’ve found in India.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While factoHR is a great tool overall, there are occasional minor glitches during updates, but nothing that impacts the overall experience too much.
