The interface is user-friendly for everyday tasks and comes with a variety of features to effectively manage HR activities. We use it daily for leave management, and the in-house implementation went smoothly. The customer support from the factoHR team has been outstanding throughout the process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From my experience, the platform has been very reliable and efficient, running smoothly without any major issues. While I haven’t faced any significant drawbacks, I think adding more customization options could help tailor it better to specific needs. Overall, it’s a strong choice, but a bit more flexibility would make it even better.
