PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Favro is so easy to integrate into our company's workflow. We're able to collaborate more within the team and across other departments. It's user-friendly and flexible to what each team needs. We're able to share it across teams. It's also easier to teach those who are using it for the first time and they even come up with new ideas on how else to utilize Favro. It's simple to use, and yet has a lot of advanced features that are very flexible in the sense of how to use it. Favro's API is also easy for backend development.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the filters could be more flexible, like excluding common words or exporting. The board workflows could also use an upgrade in terms of what can be updated to make it a lot easier to use the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to share clearer roadmaps to our team members and other departments so they can use it for work too.
