Great group management platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the interface because it's cool yet simple to use. I'm also able to customize the projects because it's user-friendly and I'm able to interlink related cards across various projects and avoid duplication. I'm able to create my templates and even new cards with specific tags and people who have access to specific tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I got really confused the first time I tried it and the tutorials helped a lot. The mobile app could be improved too, and if they can integrate a documentation system, that would be even better. Overwriting files could also improve so I don't have to delete an old version every time I upload a new one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to organize our project workflows, so it's super easy to use even for those using it for the first time.
