What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can use Favro anywhere I am and it doesn't lag. It works on my desktop and mobile devices on any operating system. I got started when I did the free trial, and I continued because I liked the balance between its functionalities and how easy it is to use. There are more functions to play with and it's easy. The customer support team is also great because they are quick to respond and are multilingual.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the Favro team can focus on improving each feature, one at a time, instead of doing so much all at the same time, especially for the enterprise group. Upgrades can be difficult because of the cost difference. It would also be great if we can integrate with other tools, like a single sign-on tool that meets our team's needs, which could include being able to manage some users with special requirements. Or integrations with Miro or GitHub. Public dashboards that don't require logins would also be awesome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to access our dashboards, roadmaps, and backlog lists in one platform. We're also able to work with teams in our office and remote locations, which means we're able to collaborate with various teams and departments and make sure we are all aligned.
