What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that with Favro, our workflow is automated so all cards and boards exist where they're needed. We can track our progress in shared goals across teams and departments. Our data is also stored in the cloud and it's safe, and it enables us to work remotely because it has both desktop and mobile versions that work on pretty much any OS.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can get really complicated, especially with large teams because of the size of the structure and workflow to get a project accomplished.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to manage our workload well across departments with related projects. We're more efficient and collaborative because Favro makes it so easy for us to do with the great user experience across boards, data, and timelines whenever we need them.
