What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm able to quickly create cards and being able to customize the kanban and personalize cards within seconds because I'm able to organize everything a lot faster and with more ease.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great for the help desk to have a sort of ticketing system. Being able to move cards apart from the drag-and-drop way would be helpful. Also, it would be great for Favro to integrate other popular tools, such as the Google Suite.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to manage tasks internally without distractions and there's more order. We're also able to collaborate between teams more comfortably and deal with issues as a single unit.
