Database management made easy.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The database management system is simply superb. You can keep track of members, patrons, customers and people in your organization. You can also customize different features and items and this helps us create personalized reports. F1 is being used every day here and we can't function as we do now without it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It might just be me but the UI leaves much to be desired when you start out. It is not the most user-friendly out there. I hope they can upgrade this. I bet more people will use the program if this is improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We mainly use it to make our database accurate and updated. It makes communicating easier especially when you do it with groups of people. We also use it for reports.
