Great for big organizations!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The database management feature is excellent. you can even take photos from your phone and add it to people profiles. It makes management and monitoring very easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not big on the search tool. It seems clunky at times. This can be improved. Also, the app crashes some times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to manage our comprehensive database. We have extensive member profiles including activities that they attended such as baptisms and special classes.
