What are the best aspects of this product?
The database is awesome. You can easily search for information like emails, names, phone numbers and the like easily. You can also create reports based on spreadsheets. Furthermore, it helps us handle our attendance data and check-in system very well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface seems a little old looking. It is something to get used to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use it for email communication considerably. Our database is in top shape because of this program.
