What are the best aspects of this product?

Fieldwork enables contractors like me to have a better handle of materials onsite, especially when we're working on several projects at once. Our essential back-and-forth communication is a lot more collaborative, especially with our subcontractors -- some of whom have started using Fieldwire too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's no doubt that issues about the pen tool being able to write more smoothly could be very easily sorted.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Many improved communications, especially with our subcontractors when it comes to discussing the punch list or tweaks, so this saves time from having to meet in person and allows us to better manage other projects in our roster. We can easily share annotated documents and photos for their comments and further questions.
