PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Fieldwire helped us organize and revise drawings and taking photos, which we use a lot for credit card expenses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On my wishlist: being able to upload videos and have all desktop features available on mobile. Glitches like lags after updating drawings can be avoided. We found we had to 'forced close' the app to get reflect our tweaks on the drawings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fieldwire's tech support was able to sort any of the issues we had early on. We're just getting used to the system and have been enjoying having a more organized and streamlined work process because we have all our materials available on the cloud.
