What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that they have both desktop and phone apps, where it's easier for me to create parameters and tasks for each team member.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Mostly aesthetics could make the categories section less confusing and reconsidering the odd, square-shaped pictures.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Recalibrated plans are updated a lot more regularly, and we're able to provide support to our team on-site when they have questions or need to share images.
