PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product offers features that are convenient for any type of business. For example, 'Reliable Offline' Mode, as for my business, we are on the constant move therefore the system matches my needs perfectly. In addition, 'Employee Time Tracking', this feature allows me to observe the productivity and performance of my colleagues& 'Reporting& Analytics', this feature gives me an idea of how productive the business is and an idea of what i need to improve if necessary. Finally, the Dashboard, i personally find very easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not experienced any problems with Figment POS. I am very comfortable with this system and strongly recommend it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Currently, i am overly satisfied with this system as it truly has saved me time and energy. The ease and performance of this product releases stress from my daily tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As my company is on the constant move, one of the most important features for us is the lack of Internet connection. We always used to worry about making payment transaction, once we heard about Figment, our problem had ben solved and can now make transactions without doubt or worry.

As stated previously, I am not always physically available at the store to constantly check on my employees. We are a small business which is why it is essential that each employee is productive during their shift and on time, therefore, 'Employee Time Tracking' has helped build my confidence that my employees are performing well and built an understanding of who is most productive.
