What are the best aspects of this product?

I have researched, selected, and launched Filecamp with the past 2 organisations I've been with and it has been amazing. The ease of setup, prompt customer support, and easy user interface makes Filecamp a platform that is easy to fall in love with. And our customers are usually very positively surprised when they see that we have branded their entrance with their logo and colours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Upload time or download time can be a little slow when I'm working from home.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better integration to InDesign would be great!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Filecamp is saving us countless hours of hunting through files on my computer and various drives. And it's very easy to respond to media requests by just giving externals access to view and download the files they need them selves.
