What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform is a brilliant marriage between DAM functionality and superb interface. I love its unlimited user capacity per account and the ability to process site-specific roles for users. It also allows private brand labeling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to have more control over which users get more elevated privileges when it comes to access to media and documents. Assigning access to every user can be quite tedious too. Lastly, email blasts can hardly be formatted and personalized enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Filecamp allows us to share files and marketing assets to our network better. Not to mention, it helps us address the needs of our partners much faster regardless of where they may be.
