What are the best aspects of this product?

One of its main selling points is its usability. Of course, having a plethora of features is well and good in a computer solution, but I believe that speed and efficiency are two things that set Filecamp apart. Thanks to it, I'm able to locate and retrieve files in just a matter of seconds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues with the tool per se. However, it has been quite a challenge to convince my peers to put their trust in this new technology.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've managed to put up all of our media files on the cloud and organize it more efficiently. My next goal is to assist our technical team by transferring our product files on the platform so that we can easily sort it.
