What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so easy to use, but at the same time there is so much powerfull to do with all the customizations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are really no problems as far as I have experienced yet.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to see some end to end encryption features! I love that is has 2FA and password protection of transfers/files - but full encryption from A to B would be perfect for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A secure way for all employees to share company-related documents in a way where it can be administrated by dedicated personnel.
