What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a fairly easy tool to learn and to use. Sure, in the beginning, I admit that I had a hard time learning it, but eventually, I learned the ropes. I use this now to audit and make slight tweaks to the videos that get handed down to me for QA. I particularly like the audio skimming feature. This allows me to quickly and efficiently go through the material to check if there are any major issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a little difficult to establish the end and the beginning of clips. As one who works in a newsroom, this is important for me. I need to be able to quickly determine which clips should go in, say, 6am timeslot and which clips should go in the 6:30am one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to edit and determine clip cuts for our news videos.
