After searching for so long, I was finally able to find the best software for my business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Finale Inventory is a wonderful platform that does a lot of things for the business. From sales, inventory, and pricing you name it, they've got it. The best thing I like about the product is its capability to create barcodes that I attach to my products. Plus it also comes with a product scanner that is not available in other apps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are not that consistent like the barcode scanner. There are days that it works fine, but most days it won't work on my laptop. Also, for me to produce/print product labels, I have to declare that I have received the items on my end, which I hate doing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are no more issues when it comes to inventory. Everything is well monitored and transparent in one application. I'm happy with Finale and looks like I'm sticking with it for a long time.
