What are the best aspects of this product?
It is simple to use however this is also a negative.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system is clumsy and looks like cheap software and the customer service and onboarding is amongst the worst in the industry. Also, their system is slow and stalls regardless of the browser you are using. You have to click multiple times just to affect one objective.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Staff who respond and actually help instead of instigate and more functional software. Takes too long to get simple task done.

None ... It is basic software that does the basics in terms of orders and inventory. There is nothing special that stands out
