What are the best aspects of this product?
We appreciate that Financialforce Accounting (FFA) software integrates smoothly with Salesforce CRM which helps us to understand and manage customer opportunities. There are no interface issues with FFA as it is easy to use and allows us to manipulate financial and operational data in multiple ways to meet the needs of our charity. The app helps us to understand our activities as well as to make smart business decisions to expand and achieve our goals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
FFA’s flexibility and its integration with Salesforce can be drawbacks with regards to the controls needed to offer assured financial reporting. To be fair, FFA has made a great effort to enhance their software to prevail over these drawbacks.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have developed FFA to automate our invoicing using the opportunities offered on Salesforce. We have also automated our subscription renewals which saves us a great amount of time which we were previously spending on manual invoicing and renewals.
