What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a lot of fantastic features such as modules, inventory management, PO management, and BOM. It is also very easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quickbook integration is a struggle. It also does not support multiple currencies. And a custom manufacturing shop seems to be not a great fit with Fishbowl.
