What are the best aspects of this product?

I can control and access data using a single platform. I can also easily purchase, store, and sell the stock. Furthermore, I can now manage my time easily as tracking, packing, and shipping orders can now be easily tracked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be hard to customize reports. I also had issues with the Canadian version like that of integration with Quickbooks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Like I mentioned earlier, we were able to manage our time well as the tracking of every item became easier. It also has a data capture feature that allows you to keep track of your long term goals.
