What are the best aspects of this product?

It is worth every penny. Fishbowl Inventory made sure to deliver what they promised and so much more. It also doesn't have any bugs when we used it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope it has its financial software so we can stop using Quickbook.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saved me money and time. It has a lot of features that cut down my costs as invoicing, and sales orders can be done using this software alone. Integration with Shopify is also seamless.
