Fishbowl is very accomodating to its clients. They are very much willing to assist us and improve their software based on our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite pricey, but their support team makes up for it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing inventory became simple for us. Their cooperative customer service is also a plus.
