What are the best aspects of this product?

I started using Fishbowl a year ago, and since then, it has only been great. Their staff supported us from the get-go streamlined our operations. I am very pleased with Fishbowl Inventory.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its compatibility with MAC is a bit low.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to streamline our operations and accounting was easier.
