What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a built-in chat that is very simple to use. I can share ideas, links and information to team members in an instant. I can communicate with my team regardless of their location.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not as commercial as that of Skype or Slack. The good thing is it constantly improves to give better service to its clients. They also take note of our suggestions, so it's a great plus.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Clean interface, making it very easy to use. We don't need additional help to learn the ins and outs of the tool. It also integrates well with Google Drive, allowing you to store 15GB of information.
