It can connect you with anyone, anytime and anywhere. You can have private chats or create group chats where your team can collaborate. It also offers fun and interactive features such as the use of emoticons and GIFS. You can also change the background of the chat, making it more playful and less stiff. This makes chatting between co-workers more fun and friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have an email feature. Notification is also temperemental. It sometimes doesn't alert the user, making it easy to forget that you're talking to someone or you have a meeting when you have a task at hand. They should consider feedback from their clients as these issues needs immediate attention.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication between team members and clients is easier. I can do international calls and meetings without a problem using this application.
