The only messaging app you’ll need in the workplace

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use and it acts as an all-in-one app. I can even converse with people who doesn't have Fleep. It also has a file drawer where we can save our files. This way we don't have to keep looking for files that we need to send our clients. This saved us a lot of time. The best part of this app is you can assign tasks to other people and track its progress. This improved our performance as a team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It shouldn't have a GIF function as it's not very professional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's an all-in-one app. I don't have to switch between multiple apps just to converse with different people. Our team also became more collaborative as we can easily communicate and share files.
