What are the best aspects of this product?
I work in an office building n reception whilst I'm finishing my law degree and a member of the Flexera team (a large lady with an English accent) came in today to attend a meeting, expect that we have never heard of Flexera. She laughed in my face when I told her we don't know who they are and said that I had a 'bad system' - when she called her boss she was informed that she was in the wrong place. She then insisted on waiting in my lobby talking loudly on her phone and her problems before someone came and met her. Nasty business image and reflects terribly on their services.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A team reshuffle and some cooperate etiquette training.
