What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool helps us easily get any help we need; regardless of it being big or small. The customer service of Flipcause also has an efficient and quick response time, so we do not need to wait for long each time we call. This makes it perfect for our org.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have experienced some minor problems when we change administrators that handle our account. However, such issues aren’t that significant, and it doesn’t affect our user experience with Flipcause. No other concerns that we’ve found.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Flipcause connects our small not for profit group to the right people who are willing to help with our cause. Flipcause also helps in bringing our organization to more audiences.
