Flipcause makes crowdfunding campaigns easier to manage because it provides superb flexibility in terms of personalization, and allows integrating such campaigns into websites. It is also equipped with a reliable CRM tool that helps in tracking donors. We do not need to rely on different tools or with manual offline processes anymore.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am waiting for more features in terms of managing members, which is supposedly coming soon enough. Also, starting a campaign is quite confusing since there are too many factors to iron out along the way. Thankfully, the technical support team is there whenever I need to ask for some guidance in the process. A better payment option on mobile is also needed.

Flipcause is a great solution for managing details about our donors in a reliable database. Gone are the days when we need to rely on tedious spreadsheets for managing donations that come from different modes such as PayPal, Square and checks. We have solved accuracy problems when handling small and one-time donations too. With Flipcause, we can efficiently manage everything in one spot, and we can use whatever information available to build relationships with our donors.
