What are the best aspects of this product?

Flipcause is super easy and convenient because it allows us to accomplish a lot of work in one hub. We can easily contact customer service, accept cash from different modes, and maintain a dependable database of our donors. It lets us seamlessly host and edit our website too, and help in terms of website and campaign analytics. Plus, we have a better experience when emailing our donors, or making receipts for them after donating. Flipcause still has more features and functions that I haven’t tried yet.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not satisfied with the service I’m receiving when we want to do tweaks on our website. Communicating with the helpdesk about it often takes a long time and a lot of emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Flipcause is excellent for analyzing our campaigns. It is also useful for handling donations and making instant receipts upon receiving cash. It is capable of processing credit cards among other modes of money transfer too.
