What are the best aspects of this product?
Flipcause gives us everything necessary for our cause and services. We love how the user support handles our problems too. They respond quickly and professionally, that’s why we trust them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A feature that allows syncing of emails to the platform would be helpful. This would boost the tracking of donors and would make the tool more cohesive with the CRM system. Also, I have some problems with using Flipcause at first. Nonetheless, I have eventually figured things out, after I use the platform for a few times.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Flipcause for tracking and saving information about our donors. It also works well for integrating donation processes and our marketplace to our website.
