What are the best aspects of this product?

Float allows me to customize the entire system and even add some external programs to help me run my business smoothly. I can also quickly and equally distribute the workload amongst my team of employees to ensure that all tasks and projects are submitted right in on time. Now I am confident that all employees can work harmoniously and effectively even if I'm not physically present in the office. I'm not an expert on platforms and software, but I am impressed with Float because I find its layout very easy and straightforward. One of the best features of this app is visualization. It gives me a clear vision of how my present projects are doing and give me ideas on how to make things better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The majority of the employees had challenges adapting to this new system. Maybe because it consists of too many features, and they got overwhelmed. I had to gather feedback and arrange for a few training sessions to get everyone in the team up to speed. I'm very thankful that the tech support team is always there to help us out with any concerns. I think that the platform is very promising as long as you get past the learning curve.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am personally very grateful for the Float application for coming into our lives. There was a time when everything is so disorganized that we ended up losing some of our biggest clients because they were no longer happy with the service we provided. Nowadays, its a lot easier for me to handle large scared projects without the fear of not meeting the needs of the client or missing out on important deadlines. Float allows me to promote accountability in the workplace by assigning tasks to my employees in advance. Since I started using Float, my business has improved in so many ways, including the amount of money we're now bringing in. Lastly, we were able to increase our customer satisfaction ratings in just a few months. This is also one of the best indicators that the business is continuously trending upwards.
