What are the best aspects of this product?

In any business, a business owner needs to know more about his cash flow status daily. Before using Float, I barely have any idea that we are running short on our cash flow. This is the reason why I ended up applying for additional business loans to make ends meet. What I like about this platform is its ability to explain to me what's going on with my cashflow. Float gives me a clear vision of all the running numbers to help me make the right choices by utilizing available resources. The Float also taught me how to control operational costs wisely so I can allocate my finances carefully and not falling into unnecessary debt at the same time. We first started using Float around a year ago. We are struggling with almost everything: sales, bills, salaries, profit, overhead costs, and so much more. The good thing about this platform is I was able to integrate my existing accounting apps easily. In a short period, I was already able to create a three-year financial forecast for my business. Also, my staff gave me good feedback about Float; that's why I'm happy that I made the right choice. Lastly, I appreciate the system so much because it's very efficient and easy to use. All I need to do is enter my data into Float, wait for a few minutes, and everything is updated and good to go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Generally speaking, I don't have any significant problems with the application. It makes my life easier because of better visibility of our cashflow. Just one request that I would like to address to the support team is that I wish that they find a better way to improve their auditing style so we can optimize the platform further. Other than that, everything is going well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am thankful for discovering Float because using it has brought a lot of positive changes in our company. As the person in charge of handling all matters of money, I can say that I now feel a lot more confident because everything is well organized. It's easy for me to pull up relevant data in real-time that plays a significant role in my decision-making process. With Float, we can enhance our productivity and income all at the same time.
