What are the best aspects of this product?

We appreciate using Float for our day to day operations because it promotes transparency. It gives us foresight on what could happen in the following days or months. The decisions that we make are not solely based on numbers and metrics. We also look into the reporting trends, and we do simulations to help us get a bigger picture of what's going on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I noticed that Float is sometimes not updated when it comes to budget usage. There are instances wherein they factor in this month's remaining budget on next month's budget, which shouldn't be the case because this confuses the rest of the team members. I already called support and asked them to solve this issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is now easier for us to determine our expenses and overhead costs. We are more aware of how much we need to earn on a daily and monthly basis to survive and grow.
