What are the best aspects of this product?
Getting a Float subscription is something that I do not regret doing at all. I love using the platform as part of my daily work because it's so user friendly, and its features are very impressive. I have tried other platforms similar to this one, but its only Float who stood out from the rest. I decided to try it on my own, and I've never looked into other brands ever since.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although Float is known to be very user friendly and straightforward, it is still not considered as the perfect platform. In terms of opportunities, I guess that they have to improve their overall customer experience. Whenever I send them e-mails regarding specific issues, it takes them 48-72 hours to reply, and sometimes there’s no clear resolution yet. It’s quite challenging on my end because there are a lot of urgent matters that I have to deal with using Float.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve been searching for the ideal software that will help us put an end to our cash flow issues. I chose Float because of its excellent feedback plus its efficient and results-oriented performance. Ever since using the product, we never had any significant problems with our finances, which makes me feel complacent.
