Great experience in using Flock

What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes communicating with the team very easy. It supports direct and group messaging. Live video conference, reminders and two-way audio conference are amazing features. The best part is we can share our screens to multiple people while on call.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are too many features in the app. This makes it hard to understand, especially if you're using it for the forst time. During installation, you also have to type in a key word. This can be time consuming if you are installing this tool in multiple computers. In the free version, only the administrator can post announcements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was able to lessen the flow of the emails we receive. Since we can send messages instantly, we don't have to wait long for their response too.
